The L5 remote is very easy to set up. First you ‘design’ the remote you want by dragging and dropping the buttons, sizing them, and naming them. Then you ‘assign’ the buttons by touching the button you want to program, and then pressing the corresponding button on your old remote while pointing it at the L5 remote. The app clearly steps you through the process. The L5 remote will work with the iPad as well as all iPhone and iPod touch models.
Developed by L5 Technology, the L5 Remote consists of a very small Hardware device that plugs into an iPhone or iPod touch dock connector, plus a free app to be available from the iTunes App Store. The L5 Remote will offer a quick and easy Drag and drop set-up, so you can create their own ideal, personally customized remote control interface. Purchase is for L5 Remote hardware - an Adapter measuring 1.25 x .85 inches - and plug it into the iPhone or iPod touch docking port. You will then be prompted to download a free app from the iTunes App Store.
